PREMAFARMA holds continuous authorization by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health and the National Animal Health Service (SENASA). In addition, it holds an international license issued by the PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America), with twoC4 (Comprehensive Core Concepts in Compounding) Veterinary Pharmacy Compounding specialists. This title is granted by the PCCA, an accredited agency in the United States of America for continuing education of pharmacists.
For the safety of patients and their medications, it has approved providers of USP-grade -or higher- certified materials, allowing it to ensure traceability along the supply chain.
Its processes are governed by internationally recognized controls, including the <795> and <797> USP Standards for compounding.
